A Year of Empowering Women in Revenues and Enforcement

The past year has been one of exciting firsts, inspiring connections, and lasting impact for Women in Revenues and Enforcement (WIRE). What

began as an idea has grown into a thriving, supportive network for women, and advocates of women, across our sector.

WIRE’s journey, and that of our members, began with our first in-person gathering at the IRRV National Conference in October 2024. That moment of connection brought the vision of WIRE to life, setting the tone for a year filled with collaboration, encouragement, and community.

In spring 2025, we proudly hosted our first webinar, featuring guest speaker Marvee Lee-Booker. Her engaging insights helped shape the inclusive and thought-provoking style that has since defined our events. From there, WIRE’s voice continued to grow, with members speaking and contributing to discussions at major industry events including LACEF in Brighton, Tel Solutions in Chelsea, the IRRV Spring Conference in Milton Keynes, and Ascendant by the Sea in Eastbourne.

WIRE’s growing presence has also been recognised across the wider industry, with features and contributions appearing in leading sector publications - a reflection of the network’s expanding influence and the enthusiasm of its members.

Membership has steadily increased to around 200 members, each bringing their own experiences, ideas, and energy to the network. We also proudly formalised our charitable partnership with The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation, deepening our commitment to supporting women both within and beyond the workplace.

In October, we celebrated our first anniversary, a milestone that reflects the passion, commitment, and vision that have guided us since our establishment in 2024. Our purpose has always been to create an inclusive space where women can connect, share knowledge, and grow together.

One of the defining highlights of the year came in July 2025, when we hosted our first in-person Members’ Day. It was a day filled with inspiration, featuring talks, panel discussions, workshops, and plenty of opportunities to connect and celebrate.

Alongside these events, we’ve embraced digital growth with a refreshed brand identity, a new website and member hub, and a LinkedIn community that now includes almost 400 followers.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to be launching our new and improved Members’ Area this December, giving members even more opportunities to connect, learn, and collaborate. In the new year, we’ll also be introducing the WIRE Mentorship Programme, offering women at every career stage the chance to share knowledge, guidance, and encouragement.

And the momentum doesn’t stop there. In 2026, we plan to host at least four WIRE events, continuing to create inspiring spaces for women to come together and grow.

This milestone isn’t just about marking a successful first year, it’s about celebrating the community we’ve built together, one that empowers, uplifts, and inspires. Together, we’re shaping the future of revenues and enforcement, creating opportunities, and making sure every woman has a place to belong.

Wherever you are in your journey, WIRE welcomes you to be part of what comes next.
